REMISSION... FINALLY!!!! :)~

Jaden was finally, after 4 and a half years, given the diagnosis of remission on May 16, 2012 (My Birthday)!!!!! PRAISE THE LORD, AND THANK YOU FOR ALL THE PRAYERS... WE BELIEVE THAT THE PRAYERS CARRIED HIM DURING THIS LONG & HARD TRIAL!! God bless ya'll & keep on praying, the next year will be a long hard road to getting him healthy & up to getting out in the real world again. We will continue to thank God for every blessing, every friend, every family member, and every prayer from ya'll... THANK YOU AGAIN & GOD BLESS YA'LL!!!! ~ Heath & family

38 DAYS OF RADIATION, CHEMO, & STEM CELL TRANSPLANT...

Looking back, I can see all the changes over the past 38 days. He had several issues including PRES (Posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome) that caused a seizure of almost 5 minutes long, and also caused him to become blind for almost 3 days & to respond like an Alzheimer PT as well. Will he ever forgive me for making him go through all of the pain that went along with the full body radiation, chemo, and stem cell transplant after effects??? Will we regret this decision to go forward with the cord blood transplant? =( THE WAITING GAME IS KILLING ME... ~ Heath
